This week is the true test to see if Penn State is actually going to contend this year. They are off to a 1-0 start in the Big Ten, but it was a shaky win at best. This week it's time for an Iowa team that has been giving Penn State some problems the past few years. Such as three years ago when Penn State's only loss was to Iowa on their way to an undefeated season. This year is a different story though, because Penn State looks like a team without any confidence in their offense. They are a three point favorite, but this weekend will only tell if they can live up to it.
They won but its boring anymore to watch them play because they beat up on the nobody teams then get whooped by the great teams or barely win. Penn State is not the powerhouse they once were they need a new head coach and management.
