Penn State, State College, and the surrounding area of centre county, PA will be covered in my blog. Your issues are our problems here, because your voice needs to be heard. I'm willing to hear your thoughts on what's wrong, what can be changed, or just to vent about State College's issues in general.

Driving Lessons?
Car accidents happen in abundance every year, and there's times I don't even want to get on the road because of some of the drivers out there. Whether it's young people, the elderly, drunk drivers or anyone you can think of that may be a sketchy driver; bad drivers are out there and it's my opinion that after a certain amount of years of driving, you should have to take your drivers test again. Nothing personal towards the elderly, but after so many years of driving, things do change. So after they reach a designated age I feel that they should have to take a mandatory license re-test. Also for the new drivers out there I feel that if they get pulled over within their first year they should be on a probationary driving period where they have some kind of guidance.
